Shirley Brzezinski - Chief Executive Officer

Shirley and her late husband, John Brzezinski, founded S&J Tech Data Services Company in 1976 with the idea of creating top quality service manuals for the automotive and manufacturing industry. During the more than two decades since, that company has evolved into TTi, a multi-national corporation Shirley continues to guide as CEO. Today, TTi is a world leader in providing training resources, development, and information. Companies such as Ford, DaimlerChrysler, General Motors and Workhorse have turned to TTi for innovative training solutions, and Shirley has been a driving force behind that success.

Over the last decade, TTi has moved deeper into the global market, aligning our structure with that of our key customers, which allowed for more effective support as we initiated international trade. Shirley has provided the support and investment required for this successful initiative.

Globalization efforts have resulted in TTi main offices in Asia, North, South and Central America. Now we have a major initiative underway to draw the operations of those offices into one fully integrated company. By introducing the concept of "Centers of Expertise," TTi stands to gain significant market share in each region. "Centers of Expertise" will focus on utilizing the strengths of each individual office to offer each TTi service to customers worldwide, at extremely competitive rates.

Shirley was instrumental in leading the company to valued certifications such as the ISO 9001 and ASE/CASE certifications, which position TTi for more effective competition and better operations. Shirley's dedication to quality processes is a vital force within TTi, and provides the drive to supply the highest quality service to each of our customers home and abroad.
